Those that I built from the ''internet plans'' ( 4 from one sheet of 1/2) measure 8-1/2 outside dimension. The depth is standard Langstroth deep. We used three standard ten frame inner covers and made a custom top cover. We have two, one with a flat roof, the other with a peaked roof.
